TMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, PDYN, and CFC1. Each is linked with TMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by TMF1-low versus TMF1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
