TMEM9B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, SH2D6, and XPC. Each is linked with TMEM9B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by TMEM9B-low versus TMEM9B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
