Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are YB-1_pS102, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with TMEM9B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9B results are reported.
