Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,306 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9B-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, ATAD3B, and AGO1. Each is linked with TMEM9B-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9B-AS1 results are reported.
