Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM97 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM97-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1067P, TUBB8P5, and TMEM150B. Each is linked with TMEM97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM97-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM97 results are reported.
