Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM97 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,239 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM97-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with TMEM97 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM97-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM97 results are reported.
