TMEM94

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM94 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,480 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM94-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX8, LIG3, and VEZF1. Each is linked with TMEM94 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM94-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM94 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM94 versus CBX8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM94→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM94) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
