Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM94 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM94-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTNNA3, MED13L, and PSPN. Each is linked with TMEM94 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM94-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM94 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM94 versus CTNNA3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM94→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM94) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
