Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM94 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,367 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM94-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with TMEM94 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM94-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM94 results are reported.
