TMEM92

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM92 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,252 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM92-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PAIP2B, and PLOD2. Each is linked with TMEM92 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM92-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM92 versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM92→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
