TMEM92

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM92 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMEM92 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TMEM92 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM92 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and THYM show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where TMEM92 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
