Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM92 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM92-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, TSC1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TMEM92 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM92-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM92 results are reported.
