Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM87B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,629 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM87B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASL, LRRFIP1, and ARHGAP1. Each is linked with TMEM87B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM87B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM87B results are reported.
