Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM87B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM87B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TMEM87B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM87B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM87B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by TMEM87B-low versus TMEM87B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM87B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM87B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
