TMEM80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM80-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-50P, PHACTR3-AS1, and GOLGA6D. Each is linked with TMEM80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM80-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-50P grouped by TMEM80-low versus TMEM80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM80→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
