Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM74B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM74B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, GSK-3_pS9, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with TMEM74B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM74B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM74B results are reported.
