The most reproducible TMEM74B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TMEM74B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM74B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM74B results are reported.
