Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM74-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYOF, PACSIN2, and COG5. Each is linked with TMEM74 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM74-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM74 results are reported.
