TMEM74

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM74 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM74-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF207, ELMO3, and CCP110. Each is linked with TMEM74 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM74-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM74 versus ZNF207 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM74→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
