TMEM69

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM69 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM69-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1P1, OR5H5P, and RNU6-365P. Each is linked with TMEM69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM69-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P1 grouped by TMEM69-low versus TMEM69-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM69→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
