Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM69 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM69-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDC. Each is linked with TMEM69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM69-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM69 results are reported.
