Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM67 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM67-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC52, SIGLECL1, and CST11. Each is linked with TMEM67 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM67-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM67 results are reported.
