Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM64 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMEM64 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TMEM64 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM64 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where TMEM64 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
