TMEM64

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM64 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,580 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM64-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS3_S953, SMAD4, and CARHSP1. Each is linked with TMEM64 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM64-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM64 versus TNS3_S953 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM64→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
