TMEM64

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM64 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM64-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TMEM64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM64-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM64 results are reported.
