TMEM64

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM64-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMXL3, KCNA4, and HS3ST4. Each is linked with TMEM64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM64-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMXL3 grouped by TMEM64-low versus TMEM64-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM64→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
