The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TMEM63B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM63B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where TMEM63B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
