The most reproducible TMEM62-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of mechanical stimulus involved in sensory perception of touch, Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transport. Each is linked with TMEM62 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM62-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM62 results are reported.
