TMEM62

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM62-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX6-3, MMD2, and UTF1. Each is linked with TMEM62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM62-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX6-3 grouped by TMEM62-low versus TMEM62-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM62→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
