TMEM60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM60 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM60-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP205, ZBTB8OSP1, and OR7E31P. Each is linked with TMEM60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM60-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP205 grouped by TMEM60-low versus TMEM60-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
