The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher TMEM59L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM59L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where TMEM59L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
