TMEM54

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM54 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,835 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM54-associated genes across cancer lineages are RXRG, TBPL2, and RN7SKP94. Each is linked with TMEM54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM54-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM54 versus RXRG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
