Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01823 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01823 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01823 is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, LINC01823 RNA expression shows 6,806 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRP, HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01823 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
