TMEM53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,103 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM53-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERI3, POMGNT1, and AKR1A1. Each is linked with TMEM53 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM53-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM53 versus ERI3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM53→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
