TMEM53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM53 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM53-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Notch1, and Src_pY416. Each is linked with TMEM53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM53-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by TMEM53-low versus TMEM53-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM53→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
