Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM52B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM52B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Akt. Each is linked with TMEM52B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM52B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM52B results are reported.
