TMEM51

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM51 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,383 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM51-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM51-AS1, YWHAZ, and MAFG. Each is linked with TMEM51 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM51-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM51 versus TMEM51-AS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM51→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
