Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN1, OR14K1, and TRIM64B. Each is linked with TMEM47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM47-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM47 results are reported.
