TMEM44

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TMEM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM44-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM44 results are reported.
