Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM41A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM41A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, TBL1Y, and CDX4. Each is linked with TMEM41A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM41A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM41A results are reported.
