TMEM39B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM39B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, TRAJ12, and RN7SL654P. Each is linked with TMEM39B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by TMEM39B-low versus TMEM39B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM39B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM39B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
