Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM39B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF4, PSRC1, and SNRNP40. Each is linked with TMEM39B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39B results are reported.
