TMEM38B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM38B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,613 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM38B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCML2, NCAPH, and PM20D2. Each is linked with TMEM38B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM38B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM38B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM38B versus SCML2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM38B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM38B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
