Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM38B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,566 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM38B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Muscle contraction, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with TMEM38B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM38B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM38B results are reported.
