TMEM37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are PORCN, CAV1, and PMP22. Each is linked with TMEM37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM37-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM37 versus PORCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
