TMEM37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 192 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01283, RNU6-198P, and RNU4-79P. Each is linked with TMEM37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM37-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01283 grouped by TMEM37-low versus TMEM37-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
