TMEM35B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM35B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM35B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, MDA-5 signaling pathway, and Cap-dependent translational initiation. Each is linked with TMEM35B in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM35B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM35B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway grouped by TMEM35B-low versus TMEM35B-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM35B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM35B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
