TMEM35A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM35A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,127 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM35A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPY, RAB9B, and ARMCX1. Each is linked with TMEM35A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM35A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM35A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM35A versus NPY in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM35A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM35A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
