TMEM35A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM35A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM35A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TMEM35A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM35A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM35A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by TMEM35A-low versus TMEM35A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM35A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM35A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
