TMEM33

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM33-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, UBE2K, and FAM98C. Each is linked with TMEM33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM33-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM33 versus GRPEL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
